...or more like, system apps crashing because of storage enhancement?

First of all, the facts:
-PSVita Slim on 3.65 (ur0, 1.5GB internal)
-16GB Sony Memory Card (uma0, for Andrenaline/PSP+PSX and emulators)
-SD2Vita adaptor +256GB microSD formatted at 64kb units (ux0, for Vita games)
-h-encore² installed and ready to use
-Settings working as intended without storagemgr/gamesd
-Perfect access to SD card via VitaShell

Problem:
Whenever i activate h-encore² with the the SD2Vita adaptor inside and gain access to VitaShell,
at the same time i lose access to the Vita's settings, calendar, email, message, music...
The apps just crash (C2-12828-1).
It also affets the ability to take screenshots in livearea, apps and games: "An error occurred" is all that's shown.

Now, when i enter my config.txt and remove storagemgr (used at first) or gamesd (tried as an alternative) from the *KERNEL section,
save it and reboot the system, it works fine again.
Of course i've removed any other entry to limit the culprits - and deduced it couldn't be them (since they don't interfere with the storage).

This is my current config.txt:
Code:
# This file is used as an alternative if ux0:tai/config.txt is not found.
# For users plugins, you must refresh taiHEN from HENkaku Settings for
# changes to take place.
# For kernel plugins, you must reboot for changes to take place.

Not having the settings app at hand is quite a PITA, but not being able to make use of that big SD is annoying as well.
I doubt it's either the adaptor or the SD card's fault, since both work fine.
What can i do to get rid of the errors/make settings+screenshots accessible again while keeping the big storage?

/Edit: Upon further inspection i found more apps to crash after activating h-encore².

/Edit2: Not fixed, but obsolete after switching to enso, where everything works as intended.
This can be closed now.

@BigOnYa i was legitimately trying to scratch my leg, this is reminding me of that cylinder post

I don't see the buzz about a square screen personally. I think there will be a review on the site within a few weeks though if you are interested.

I've put down the money on the Odin 2 Mini since I just love that Vita form factor. Loved the power of the Odin 2 but the size always put me off, this one seems exactly what I've been wanting.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I don't care about the square screen it's just nice to hold something you don't have to stretch your arms a foots length
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
All these things expecting to be super huge is overrated just run a type c cable to your TV if you want a big display or in my case screen mirror it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
On the go tho I meant, I use my 10" tablet and a Bluetooth controller for retro gaming while sitting on my porch or on long car rides sometimes. Easier on my eyes than the Switch screen.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
My point is we already have enough shit with big displays having something pocketable with up to ps2 would be fine on the go

Ken unless the games are made for that screen size most suck on a screen that size... Having a square screen and being brighter and higher res helps but it's not a cure all, text is tiny bullets are tiny, your.... Well lol
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
You can stretch to fit probably it's not all bad that they make it seem to be
