Hacking Feedback Homebrew NEW idiot here with wii u prob

Im trying to find out how to format my sd card to fat32 for homebrew/hacks 4 my wiiu and do gui.format. If im honest I followed Muta from SOG YT channel but im extremely green to this all and found myself at a standstill bc i only have a busted ass acer chromebook that unbeknownst to me at the time is just a hobbled together smartphone and it wouldnt let me format files is there a suggested tutorial somewhere on the web bc im not finding squat. Its possible im not using the right terminology in my search queries idk. Is it even possible from this POS? If time permits any helpful advice, questions or answers that might help me with my WIIU would be greatly appreciated.

So you're stuck there because you're on ChromeOS? Have you tried formatting it as you do normally? I hear ChromeOS doesn't have that restriction (Win doesn't allow formating of +32gb drives as Fat32), and that's where Guiformat comes in. so you don't need to find an equivalent if ChromeOS allows it natively.
