A new Nintendo Switch firmware has arrived. System software version 17.0.0 is now available to download. According to the official patch notes, there's not much of substance to the update, despite its new milestone version number; it's simply the traditional stability updates. It does, however, patch Atmosphere, with the CFW not working on the latest OFW. SciresM is currently working on support for 17.0.0, though a new update may be slightly delayed.

I'll be working to get Atmosphere updated for 17.0.0 as soon as I can.

I updated sysnand to 17.0 and it stuffed up picofly, had to reflash the firmware again to get it booting again.

Now my emuemmc(16.1) doesn't boot with fusee. Update fusee doesn't work so I tried updating Atmosphere to the prerelease. Now getting unable to locate warmboot.

I thought the sysnand firmware version wouldn't effect the way emunand firmware version. Am I wrong here?

this update is just like the latest 3DS update, the only feature is block any homebrew, was a finger to all as you are leaving

No update to 17 on CFW is safe yet because atm is prerelease and if you need it there is no patches yet
