Pin posts on user profile

Might be a nice Patron feature, or just an overall feature where Users can pin posts.
Works exactly like Facebook's.

Hell, it might be even be an unlockable feature when an user reaches a certain User Level (say, 10+) to prevent spam.

Say that you would want to bring the attention of users to a certain post?
Maybe have an important notice that will last for some time?
Maybe an appointment?

Only users of a certain level will "unlock" the feature.
Why at a certain level? Well, it would imply that a user with +Level is a user that doesn't troll and actually contributes to the forum... otherwise they wouldn't have such a great user level.

So to any mod saying: "iT wOuld bE a MatTer of tIme uNtiL it bEcoMes A PRoBlem"
Excuse me, but no! That's why it's locked until users reaches a certain level.
