So I've got a bit of a niche problem I'm trying to solve on my wii, I use WiiFlow Lite 5.5.4 and nintendont for the gamecube loader. In nintendont, there is a setting for "Unlock Read Speed" which works fine in nintendont with the few games I've tested but I'd like to be able to use it when launching games in Wiiflow. I know they each have their own settings and in the past I had to go under the gamecube section of the wiiflow ini file to enable native control in wiiflow and I figured I can do the same to enable unlock read speed I just don't know what I need to add. I have tried unlock_read_speed=yes and remlimit=yes in the config file and neither of those worked to enable it. Basically does anyone know what I need to name the setting in the wiiflow ini file to enable this and bonus points if anyone knows of a compatibility list or resource for which gamecube games break when this setting is on.

Just want to say a massive thanks to everyone hear for all your works done and advice given for wiiflow lite. It is working like a dream for me and before now joining I have spent many hours browsing this forum to get my build just right.
As a thank you and just for fun i have made a theme for it. I'm hoping to be able to share it hear soon once I'm no longer classed as a newbie.
Would this thread be the right place to do so or should i do so else where?

Hello all, maybe someone knows a weird behaviour about wiiflow...
When I enter a folder with various plugins, for example arcade games with several Mame Retroarch cores, FBA etc, wiiflow doesn't remember the last game played when I come back. It always shows the same game.
It doesn't happen with folders with one plugin (Ex: snes, nes, pcengine)

However, on my Gameboy folder I have 2 plugins (retroarch gambatte and mgba) and it does remember the last played game.

Does it happen or there is an option to remember last game played?

made the patched boot.dol a official release. v5.5.4-1

https://github.com/Fledge68/WiiFlow_Lite/releases
Thanks a lot Fledged69. I'm using the new WF 5.5.4-1boot.dol with CIOS v.11 with 249 [56] and 248 [38], trying out some Wii games and thought maybe the results could be useful to you. I also attach the syscheck of my console, in case it's useful.
I have tried 11 Wii Games with the IOS option in AUTO, of which only 2 have not worked for me.
SpongeBob Boating Bash: Seems to work perfectly for me, based on my 15 minutes of play.
Kirby Dream Land: It works correctly for me
Back to the future: It works correctly for me
Prince of persia - The forgotten sands: It hasn't worked for me (black screen). But it is working for me with USB Loader GX and CFG USB Loader.
The Adventures of TIN TIN: It didn't work for me (black screen)
Just Dance 2015:
It works correctly for me
Goshbusters: Works well for me
Munter Hunter Tri: It works correctly for me
Call of Duty Black Ops: It works correctly for me
Mad World: It works correctly for me
Sam & Max: It works correctly for me

Greetings

Oh yes... sorry for the mistake. As you say, I was referring to Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands

I'm going to edit the previous post to correct my mistake.

Hey! First wanna say a big THANK YOU to everyone’s hard work with wiiflow lite! It’s a beautiful interface and I’m absolutely LOVING IT! Currently making a theme from scratch. I’m nearly finished but I have one thing I can’t seem to figure out. Is it possible to have music change as you chance your source menu or even better is it possible To have a banner sound play continuous without starting over when selecting a game? An example would be: Wiiflow lite boots up, main menu appears, music plays song #1. I can select “consoles” from my 2 choices of “consoles or handhelds”. Now that I’m in the “consoles” section of Wiiflow, I select NES. If now I’m at the NES section showing games and I wanted a new song to automatically play just for this specific section, how would I go about that? Also if I click the game and the banner sound plays, I cycle to the left one game, the banner sound starts over. Is it possible to keep the banner sound music file playing while cycling games? (Basically want the nes Mario theme to play when I’m looking at NES games then would also like the nes Zelda theme to play when bringing the game in close, which pulls up the “play” button and the banner sound but would be neat if the Zelda theme would keep playing while cycling through games at this juncture without starting over each cycle if that makes sense lol.)

Hi,

I recently came across a strange bug with WFL - tons of PSX games are not showing up (mostly games that contains more than one disc. Final Fantasy VII for example) Everything are renamed correct as .cue.

I have tried newer WFL but nothing seems to work.
This guy has the same issue as me, so how do I solve this?
