I downloaded it on my first try, but here's a mirror: Mediafire.

Edit: I also get an error while extracting it;

I used a complex method for archiving it to make it a ~10kb file, thats why you have problem, I think those methods are not known to whatever program you are all using to unzip, I hope its not windows's own zip implementation.

Try 7-zip.

    At one point PC game pads where poorly supported, loading a game had setup, it was complicated. Now it's almost as easy as a console.
