My dad left

My Dad visited me and my aunt for a week, I took him to the Airport today, he is flying back right now.
I feel like crap, I miss him so much, today all day at work I felt like a little boy, I wanted to tell him that living alone is so hard and that I miss him too much, I couldn't he had some issues with his luggage at the Airport (more than two bags, they didn't let him send the third) so he left very upset

He is definetely my hero.

I feel alone and hopeless. I must drain my sorrow on my PS3, that is the friend that never leaves me. But seriously, I am really sad =(, Jeez, saying goodbye is really hard, worst part is, I cannot go to Bolivia just yet.

OK, PS3, here I go. :(

 :shy: :(

Nightmare mate, it's cool you think of your Dad in that way though. I hope you're feeling happier soon.

Why not call him when he gets there?

Or video chat, if he has the tech.

I cannot go, and its not about the money, being an immigrant has its "restrictions" :shy:

It's too bad you're so far apart now VVoltz, but it's really cool that you have that kind of relationship with your father. You should think about writing him a good old-fashioned letter while his visit is still fresh on your mind. Write down some of the things you wanted to say at the airport. I'm sure it would mean a great deal to him, and it might help you express some of your feelings towards him.

Man, I've been taking it for granted lately that my dad is near by. I wouldn't say he's my hero, but he is a pretty good father / grandfather. Gotta buy him a beer this weekend (that's how we share feelings in my family).

It's ok to feel like a little child sometimes VVoltzy, just think that you're where you are for a reason, so keep working your ass off 'till one day you can go to Bolivia anytime you want ;)
I haven't seen my dad in many years, but, y'know...All the best cowboys.. :P
