As a matter of fact, I am still around and my last meal is now the big bowl of cereal I had last night, or if we also count liquids as meals, then it would be the morning coffee cup I am halfway through, slowly getting consumed as I am typing this post.

Actually, I like to eat tasty but healthy at the same time. For some reason, a long time ago I started to separate junk and healthy food for myself. Since I realized how much lighter I feel inside from a properly prepared meal plan, I have come to see that it feels not only physically, but also mentally. So now I really take care of myself and what I eat. I really like it when I have a prepared menu, so I don't have to worry about what to cook and know for sure that I will eat tasty and healthy https://betterme.world/articles/1000-calorie-meal-plan/. There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
