Wii #2005 - Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love (Europe)

Doesn't work, tried both the physical disc and the USB loader. Most probably a bad dump.

Gaming Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey

Nope. M3i Zero is the version for DSi. I don't know if they use the same firmware, would surprise me if they did. But anyway, tested further, so with the firmware update for M3 DS Real of 24 March, the game works fine. It locks up in the opening movie (though this might be just bad dump) but...

Gaming Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey

I only know about M3 Real: with the today's update the game will load and save no problem. It locks up on the intro movie, though, but if you skip it by pressing START, the rest will load normally. I managed to get through the briefing in the game and successfully saved the position. Haven't yet...

Hacking RELEASE: v4.2 Safe Firmware Updater

I used to use Wiu to delete the update partition when burning backups but since starting to use USB loader it just wasn't necessary. However, ever since I updated to 3.2 and installed a bunch of cIOS, I was never ever asked to do an update through the disc channel. Luckilly, Dr. Clipper was...

Hacking RELEASE: v4.2 Safe Firmware Updater

Thanks Dr.Clipper, that kinda sounds right, I'll try updating from the disc channel once, since I have a fresh NAND backup and see if my Wii explodes. I'll post results here. Edit: Updated through disc channel after having a nice clean zektor safe update to 4.2 and it's all peachy...

Hacking RELEASE: v4.2 Safe Firmware Updater

Yep, read up on that one, would love to use it if someone kindly makes a E/PAL version. I'm afraid that the USA version wouldn't really work on my console. mattjd: thanks for the tip, I'd rather use StartPatch over JODI preloader if possible as it is my understanding that StartPatch is safer...

Hacking RELEASE: v4.2 Safe Firmware Updater

Thanks a lot for this nice updater. I went safely from 3.2 E to 4.2 E. Took me two tries though as it seems something went wrong with the wifi on the first try. I also trucha patched the IOS 70 after the update and it works very well, can move channels from Wii to the SD card and back. One...

Gaming Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story (u)

To M3 Real users: There is a new firmware available (4.4) and with it I just managed to get past the "new game" screen and to start the game proper. With a vanilla ROM, no patches/ cracks. I don't know if the game can actually be played until the end, since I have literally updated my firmware...
