Hacking App to generate wupinstaller ready with official banner/icon scheme? (VC Injects)

I wonder if someone has created this, basically an automated app that generate a wupinstaller ready folder with the same graphic scheme as the official releases, by entering icon/banner image and rom.

I thought we could only inject DS rom.zips, and the rest we couldn't figure out? Do i have old info here?
