Weird.
With both my 1:1 NTSC and Patched PAL copies, I get the Disc Read Error.

Yeah. I used the cIOS installer that was in the link in Wiigator's blog.

I even used Any Title Deleter to uninstall IOS 249 and reinstalled it using the Gamma CIOS installer.
Still no luck.

Smash Bros Brawl PAL DVD 9 give me an error in the loader (DVD unkown, i presume, the text is garbage)

Burned on Verbatim-R DL. the beginning of the disk was written at 2x, and at about 40% it increased the write speed to 4x. At the end of the disk it was burned at about 8x.

Can be the write speed to cause the error?

Gamma doesn't support dual layers.

I've tested SSBB dvd9 10min ago and it works. (already working on beta0.3)
I can play the tournament but the game gave error on the second stage of the story mode (error: eject the disc etc..)

Pal disc (Verbatim dvd-dl@4x) on 3.3b pal wii.

Viceversa the game doesn't load with SoftChip Loader.

Finally got it to work.
I accidentally installed a non Gamma 0.3 Channel.

Now that Gamma is out, a compatibility list seems redundant, and the "0.3 Compatibility List" can be unstickied, I don't think we need another 30 confirmations that Okami and De Blob work now.
Instead, we should focus on a detailed non-compatibility list for potential further improvements. Reading through the threads, the following games seem to be definatly not working:

Mortal Kombat Armageddon
MoH: Heroes 2
Red Steel
Splinter Cell: Double Agent
House of the Dead 2
Pangya Golf With Style
SSX Blur
Sam & Max: Season One
Call of Duty 3
Far Cry Vengeance
Metal Slug 6 on Metal Slug Anthology
One Piece
SEGA Superstar Tennis
FIFA 08


If those who have one or more of these games could write a more detailed description of how exactly these games do not work, that would be great. I also noticed many people had problems getting Quantum of Solace to work, what's up with that?
So anyway, if you have games that don't work with Gamma - Add them here.

Japanese one piece runs great on my wii, the other ones don't run just like you say.

Works on my PAL Wii, so should work flawlessly on a US one.

is listed as not working ... i can confirm it DOES work ! at least on my Pal Wii, just as on the old loader i need to set the language from default to English, else it gets stuck on black screen

The NTSC (USA) version of Sam and Max Season 1 works for me (USA Wii). Well, it get to the main menu and lets me select things. I poked around the extras then shut the Wii off because my roommate wanted to watch TV

Using Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma and the cIOS supplied with that. PAL Wii.

Anyone able to confirm if they can get deBlob working?

Same problem for me with de blob (pal). I havnt tried it decrypted yet.

Wierd as most people report it working. Dont think its a bad burn and using same Sony DVDR- which have worked great for all other games.
