Hacking BootMii Not Recovering

I made a nandbackup few days ago
i decided to test it out
but it just says bootmii will run in simulation mode
press eject to continue
then it says DUMP IS FOR DIFFERENT WII
when its the same dump i made

I had this myself , was solved by me using a different SD card.Now Bootmii save and restore works perfectly...

i'm wondering if the sd card trick worked for u, i just wanna make sure before buying another card

Yea it worked
But there both same model and same sizes
but one is MICRO and other is SD

anyway i can fix the SD? Like format it differently?

EDIT: Found the problem
formatted it to FAT
and now it backups in less then 3 mins!

No need to buy another card micric
just change type to FAT and format
