Hacking channel creation wii system menu on neogamma base using crap/wiiGSC

Is it possible to create a systemmenu channel for games, but so it boots with neogamma instead of the "preloaded" usbloaders that are in crap/wiiGSC ?
im trying to play wii sportsresort with cfg loader but game doesnt boot, it does boot with neogamma so thats why i ask
i would like to create a channel for wii sportsresort so its easy for the kids to point and click.

read - ' Loaders > Readme.txt' - which looks like you could add a neogamma.dol to ' Loaders' folder and then edit in its parameteres in the 'LoadersConfig.xml'
