Hacking Converting hacked switch into vanila switch or cfw/ofw switch

Hello everyone,

I have a few questions.

At the moment I have a hacked Switch (running atmosphere) I have a few installed NPS's on the Switch. On the latest firmware (no nand backup)

My goal is to play Animal Crossing online (legit cart) and have emuand running

1) Is it too late to run emunand and legit games on OFW without getting banned? If not how would I go about setting this up without the risk of getting banned?
2) How would I go about saving my Animal Crossing save file from emunand and transferring it over to the OFW partition?

If you don't have a clean NAND then you can't play online.

Yes, it's too late, as soon as you connect to the internet, you'll get banned quickly
