I played the demo recently and WOW I'm not into my gore fests but it DOES look like they pushed the boundaries...like where he mauls that lion/hydra hybrid thing near the end of the demo...takes its eyes out and yeah so on. Don't get me wrong I liked the game, I've played through Chains of Olympus which was great and I can take a certain amount of nastiness before it starts playing with my head but this seemed a little too much(Bear in mind I've stayed away from the likes of Manhunt and the more ugly stuff)

So does it get worse as it goes along? Or was I just playing through one of the more gruesome bits? As you can tell I stay away from stuff where it gets a bit too much lol

You should totally go play Dante's Inferno. Giant half naked chick with nasty as hell looking skin spewing aborted babies out of her nips, plus you have to, um, decimate said babies. Tis quite the gore/horror fest.

dunno, the game is good overall, useless if you haven't played the first 2, you can pick up the GOW collection for PS3, GOD I and II that is, they are upscaled a bit graphics wise (not that that matters in this case) but i recommend you play them before the 3rd

... gotta say, despite the GOW fan i am, that GOW III was slightly disappointing (despite the nudity) , but good nonetheless ..

The actual game is top class. I don't mind the gory bits. However it gets worse when you get further into the game.
