okm the new 3ds update is here 11.3 when i try to update it downloads the updates and resets like normal but when it resets it will not apply the new update and looks like it gos into a softbrick I tryed using tshe safemode and updating agin it says system is up to date I have also tryed fromating my system then updating still does the same thing I am on arm9loaderhack with the n3ds majors mask edition with firm 11.3

What fw does your system settings say that you are on?

You can still access online play on 11.2 on luma, so it's not a big deal if you don't update.

I'm not sure why the update isn't working. You could try restoring an old nand backup and trying to update from there - but it'd be a hassle and you'd have to get all of your games working again.

i thought of that but what besides memery lost what is the risk

If you backup your tickets and game saves, you should be able to restore them to your older nand backup - and continue to use your sd card with all of your games on it.

There isn't really a risk besides possibly having to reinstall some games.
