I want to find the voice and video files of the game Samurai Warriors 3 Wii. I managed to extract .MO files from the LINKDATA3.BNS file using VGMToolbox.
Does anyone know how to convert .MO and then create a .MO file?

    If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.
