This is a guide on how to make ActionScript 2.0 SWF files in Flash Player 10 or later run on your Nintendo Wii. Here's what you need:
JPEXs (FFDEC) Flash Decompiler
A SWF file that is in ActionScript 2.0.
Step 1. If you have JPEXs downloaded on your computer, open the application, choose open file, and choose the SWF file or you can just go to file explorer and find your swf file, right click on it, and select "Open with FFDEC".
Go to the "others" folder and inside open "FileAttributes". Make sure in the 3rd line which is "actionScript3 : boolean = false", says false and not "true", If it says is true, then that means, of course, is in ActionScript 3.0, but if it says "false", then you're good to go.
The final step is to click on the "header" section, click "Edit", and change "SWF Version: 1X" to "SWF Version: 9" or "SWF Version: 8". For example, if it says SWF version 10, 11, 12, or some later version, change it to SWF version 9 or 8 of your choice.
Once you're done, click "Save" and save your SWF file and there you're done, isn't that easy?
You can either use your edited SWF to play it on your Internet Channel, or even use it as a Flash Wii WAD, your choice. If you want to import into a Wii channel (WAD), you can follow this guide right here or even follow my biggest version:
