First you need this:
1. Burned Ikaruga (Multidisc or single, doesn't matter)
2. Gamecube Memory Card Manager or GCMM
3. Third Party Gamecube Memory Card
4. This file.

Just download the save file from Gamefaqs and then restore it into your 3rd party memory card with the GCMM. You'll be able to load the save from the memory card and then play it on your Wii. Basically, by following these steps, you'll be able to play through the whole Ikaruga game through Conquest mode since it's the only mode that seems to work without resetting the game to the title screen.
