Title says it all. I just downloaded a few games from New NUSgrabber, and I wanted to know how to update them? I haven't played the games yet, but if I tapped on any of them, will Nintendo, "notice"? I don't want to get banned or anything, so I'm here to make sure before I attempt to do anything.

If it's of any importance, I have update 5.5.1 installed on my system.

Remove any DNS that blocks Ninty's servers.
Go to the eshop.
Update.
Have fun.

And no, Nintendo won't notice if you don't cheat online.

Forget this. Use the method @TheOne61 wrote. Installing updates with wup-installer is way safer. Only use this method if the wup-installer method doesn't work.

I don't exactly get the first part. I have Tubehax DNS and chncdcksn hax DNS that I'm using; (the ones used to enter the Homebrew Channel).

You have to remove any DNS because they block the eshop and any system updates. After you've updated your games, set up the DNS again.

You can't remove the dns, you can set it to default
Yeah, when people say "Remove TubeHax/Chncdcksnhax DNS" they mean to temporarily replace it with that of your router (probably in the 192.168.*.* or 10.60.*.* area depending on your modem) or a public DNS server (such as Google's DNS, 8.8.8.8)

Also game updates should still work like they always did as the content delivery network is still online. So just for updates you don't need any tools at all.
