One can grab all the wads this app needs with a batch file like this:

Code:
nusd 000000010000000f 257
copy 000000010000000f00000010000000f.wad IOS15-64-v257.wad
rmdir /Q /S 000000010000000f
nusd 000000010000000f 266
copy 000000010000000f00000010000000f.wad IOS15-64-v266.wad
rmdir /Q /S 000000010000000f
nusd 0000000100000024 3094
copy 0000000100000024000000100000024.wad IOS36-64-v3094.wad
rmdir /Q /S 0000000100000024
nusd 0000000100000025 3612
copy 0000000100000025000000100000025.wad IOS37-64-v3612.wad
rmdir /Q /S 0000000100000025

The util "nusd.exe" is here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/mzowm5wzzne/NUSD.v0.2.rar

Just copy and paste the code above into a batch file (.bat extension) and place it in the same directory as the util "nusd.exe". Click on the batch file and wait a minute. At the end, you'll have the four wads you need.

I used that program, and converted that batch file to a shell script for use on linux (anything that will run WINE)

CODE#!/bin/sh
wine nusd.exe 000000010000000f 257
cp 000000010000000f/000000010000000f.wad IOS15-64-v257.wad
rm -rf 000000010000000f

wine nusd.exe 000000010000000f 266
cp 000000010000000f/000000010000000f.wad IOS15-64-v266.wad
rm -rf 000000010000000f

wine nusd.exe 0000000100000024 3094
cp 0000000100000024/0000000100000024.wad IOS36-64-v3094.wad
rm -rf 0000000100000024

wine nusd.exe 0000000100000025 3612
cp 0000000100000025/0000000100000025.wad IOS37-64-v3612.wad
rm -rf 0000000100000025

You do have to install mono for windows, but its a free download and installs with no problems.

I found the file naming convention for this application. They just added it in the updated wiki page:
- Does it works without internet ? / I got errors during download, what can i do ? It works without internet, you just need to put necessary wad files to the root of the SD card, or of a USB device in FAT32. The necessary IOS are those, in their latest versions : 9,12,13,14,15,17,21,22,28,31,33,34,35,36,37,38,53,55,56,57,60,61 And thoses IOSes, within their specific versions : IOS4v65280, IOS10v768, IOS11v10, IOS16v512, IOS20v12, IOS30v2576,IOS50v4889 and IOS254v3. If your Wii does not have any IOS with trucha bug (if your Wii is 3.4 from origin or more), you will need IOS15 v266 and v257. IOs must be named this way : IOSX-64-vY.wad, where X and Y are respectively the version and revision number.

Do I even need to bother with wads if I am using WiFi? TBR is the last piece of the puzzle that I need, from what I can tell. However, there are no CLEAR, precise guides.

I fugured out how to do the Wifi installs, however I cant get the IOS to stick, I downgrade 36 to 15 (this part I cannot wrap my head around) and it stil says I do not have a cIOS. what is the BEST guide here, to use. All the guides I have followed to date get me nowhere except for deeper into a lake of confusion.
