So, you know that girl from the last blog I posted who is also my bestfriend?

Well, tonight we were just chattin on Facebook and the conversation kinda went like this:
Me: Fuck dude, I'm bored
Her: I'm just depressed lol
Me: I noticed you aren't really yourself, why are you depressed?
Her: I need a boyfriend, me and B go to the mall and we see all these couples and it just makes me feel really lonely

*now keep in mind, I pretty much do like her even though she is my bestfriend and I was trying not to like her, but going back to the blog last week, she wanted to bang me at her house but she was really drunk so I wasn't gunna do anything and then we were at a party a few days afterwards and she started 21Q'ing me about liking her and I gave in and told her*

Me: I see.
Her: Yeah, its poopy
Me: Yeah it is, being lonely is balls (trying to get her to give me some more hints)
Her: Yeah, idk

After this I tried to play it off acting stupid, so it wasn't so awkward because I am really confused about everything which I will get to in a minute, and she just said everything so fast that I was just like "how the fuck do I respond to this?"

And its extremely confusing, she asked me to Prom back in April which is usually a sure sign that someone likes you a little bit, but the whole Prom thing feel through and I don't want to dig up those bad memories and that story. And then she tells me sometimes about how she likes this other kid, and she has done shit with my friends brother too so I don't fucking know what to think at all. I don't know if she is just ranting to me about it or wanting to hint at the fact that she likes me. FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU- I don't know what to do, she ended the conversation though and I knew I fucked up after that. I feel like I shit, I wish I said something but Idk what to think.

I recently had a stint with a gal, was chasin' her until we were in a round of bluntness (Where we're blunt, pretty much) and I said that I was after her, but didn't know if I was in the friend zone or had a chance.

We then proceeded to have dinner at a Mexican resturant that friday. The waiter guy thought we were together, and he brought us free food (TWO friend ice creams instead of one!).

And that night we made plans for her to come over Sunday morning.



My circumstance from just telling her is either neutral or positive.

If you don't tell her, you WILL regret it later on. Had this exact situation in high school. A girl and I hung out together everyday for over a year, both had crushes on one another, never said anything, as a result nothing ever happened. We're both happily married now ten years later (to other people ofcourse) but we still talk once in a while and both wonder what could have been. My wife is awesome, it's just one of those things where I'm curious what, if anything, would have come from a relationship with that girl.

And to everyone else, I really want to but I will tell you straight up. I'm a pussy, I'm too nervous to do anything or tell her, no matter how much I want to tell her or whatever I just can't do it. If she told me she liked me, then it would be so much easier. Idk, its so confusing, I wish I wasn't such a pussbag, and another reason though why I don't want to tell her or ask her is because we have been bestfriends for years, and if she doesn't like me, I don't want our friendship to be awkward.
