How do you get 80% done on an AP patch? It either works or it doesn't.. xD

as i had patched the japanese rom earlier and then the u.s version came out and my japanese version wasnt fully patched and i wanted to play it in english

Bro if you use the 1.6 RC1 firmware, you can play the actual USA version without freezes... Lucky you have one.

Saves are compatible with any region, this has been stated several times already

just change the name of your J sav to the US rom name.

I have downloaded the patch and as i extract and open the xDelta GUI.exe the application fails to open. So i dont know what to do now please help.

Check if you have .NET framework program running on your com. These patch programs need it to run.
