CTGP Nitro 1.1.0 is released!

The long-awaited release of CTGP Nitro 1.1.0 is finally here! This one took a little while to get finalized, but we hope you'll appreciate the final product.



What's New:
  • Custom Tracks Worldwide: Race against opponents around the world or in the same continent without the need to share friend codes!
  • 6 new custom battle stages
  • 16 new custom tracks

  • All custom tracks available to race online! Scroll the track list faster using L/R

CTGP Nitro runs on official hardware through most flash cards and through TWiLightMenu, as well as MelonDS. It runs on DeSmuME as well, though accuracy and performance may suffer.

Chief, thank you for this welcome update. How come you removed some of the previous tracks? I couldn't help but notice that there is room in the selection menu for more tracks at the end: wasn't it possible to make them fit in there? Well, in any case a memorable and colossal labor of love and dedication, which will remain in the annals of DS romhacking. Kudos. 👍

As for me, I tested it on r4 Gold Pro (YSMenu) and Ace3ds+ on DS Lite and DSi, and so far it works great.

Some of the tracks were removed for gameplay reasons. Tracks like RC Car Challenge were removed since we had more submissions and not enough to add more cups, so we opted to remove some of those tracks. There was a dispute with one of the track creators, so his entries have been removed, but that accounts for all of those. Glad to know it's working well for you, we tried really hard this time to make sure it was as stable as we could get it :)
