Mario Maker 3DS - how to get levels after Monday?

Can the "Extra Data" which includes player-made levels be shared between systems, and has the complete set been archived?

I imagine it's copyright-free since it's all player-made content and the data files don't include artwork.

The Pretendo Network team has already archived every single level on their servers, so you can play them even after Nintendo’s servers go down.
