Update: I uploaded a new build, 0.43b

I fixed a small bug that slipped through in the last compile. Thanks to "Mark C" for the input about the error in a couple roms.
(it's an important fix that made some roms unplayable in certain carts (R4 seemed fine tho))

Btw the problems with the G6 cart seem to be related to that bug as well, so it should be fixed with the last update as well.

If you got other roms not working with 0.43b please report it, I will download the rom and check it

Very cool program! I use it exclusively for trimming my roms now, because it has output folder and drag and drop support. Very easy to use, except for the background, gotta make sure nobody is in range of my screen!
