Hacking Program to read Wii backup discs on PC

Hi, I know that it isn't possible to read original Wii games in a PC Drive (unless u have a specific one), but is there a program that will read/create an iso from a backup disc, since its on a DVD-R the PC should be able to physically read it, windows just obviously does not understand the data on it. I have a bunch of backups that I would like to use with my USB HDD, but ripping them at 3x is kinda slow and I am getting weird issues.

Thanks I actually just tried that after posting, I forgot that all I needed was a program to read the raw data and make an iso, I thought I needed something specific, anyway it works great, 9 mins to rip with IMGBURN and 1-2 mins to transfer with WBFS manager, quicker than the 20 mins with the wii directly.
