Why didn't he use a game like Uncharted? I gaurantee you they would've taken Un-fucking-charted down.
Because there are no uncharted games for PSP? Also they don't choose which games have exploits :P

There is currently no way to exploit Vita games.

if you did not get Motorstorm, it may be too late now
as Sony pulls Motorstorm from PSN

and the removed from the Download list
so, there NO way to d/l the game even if you bought it

Wow, is that for real? Sony was just waiting to be sued weren't they? I mean what the hell? Tat's basically stealing if you look at it. Anyway this hack is stupendously pointless, and should never have been released. Wololo should have waited until he found another way to hack the vita. Because what he did was pretty stupid. He knew it would be patched soon, and whats the point of getting this hack, because all it can do is run limited homebrew you can play on the psp. If you really wanted to play the homebrew that badly you should have just used your psp to play much more homebrew than you could on a vita. I'm a huge sony whore, pirate, hacker, but this hack was just a waste of time to release, since no one probably didn't even have time to download the game before Sony came around, and removed the game. Any way off that topic I would just like to say that I think the vita is smexy, and people shouldn't feel rushed to release a hack. Cus if you read wololo's blog he looked like he was being really rushed. So in the end people should just stfu, and let the hackers do their work.
Actually, no.
Suing them is a violation to their SEN/PSN Terms of Service.

Hate to tell you, but just because they put that in the ToS doesn't mean that it's legally sound. You could probably fight for that and win, but it would be a hard fought battle since Sony has some of the best legal help in the industry... Also, you'd have to role it into a class action suit to stand any chance in hell, and I just don't see many lawyers volunteering to represent people that got the game as a means to circumvent copy protections.

It was a nice try but you might as well just get a cheap PSP Go ($90.00 USD at gamestop) for that stuff.
I bet lots of people are looking forward to the Vita's processing power for emulation stuff once a way to use it is found, though.

Why didn't he use a game like Uncharted? I gaurantee you they would've taken Un-fucking-charted down.
As stated, VHBL works via game exploits (just like HBL and such worked on the PSP). They can't magically make exploits appear in any game they want.

A choice of PSN games over retail games is likely better anyways, as history has shown (on both the PSP and Wii) that exploited retail games will be hoarded and sold at inflated prices on ebay and such anyways to prey on the sudden need. You don't have that BS with digital distribution, with virtually unlimited copies.

That really didn't take long for the PS Vita to be hacked.
BTW, even if they take down one game, with one exploit found, there will be bound to be more to follow.

i believe another game able to be exploited to run HBL was discovered, i think i did read that. Not sure so don't quote me on it :) if it was something within the lines of 5£ would be worth a try, but over 15£ for a crappy(i assume) psp game i won't play and which *might* run the exploit, if i would've made to get it, then not getting on wifi on my vita in fear of some silent update... not really worth it i don't think...

I sadly have Motorstorm Artic Edge saved on my PSPgo. I deleted the game off the ps3 a few days ago.

Hope a backup tool eventually let's me send the go copy to the vita. (don't own a vita yet but pissed I deleted the game off the ps3)
