Hardware PS3 optical drive wobble?

Hello all, I have a question. I have a ps3 who's optical drive is wobbling making a strange noise when a disc is inserted. I have disassemble the unit and the drive and when the disc starts to spin, it appears to be out of balance? I have tried a few different disks and they all do it. Is this the motor that is causing this or the top magnet not seating correctly? Anyone else ever deal with this?
