Gaming PSP as USB PC controller?

I want to use my PSP as a controller on my PC, through USB, since I don't have wifi currently.
There was something I stumbled upon a while ago, about setting up iRShell to act as a PC controller (likely using Joy2Key as well), but I can't find it again.

I've hardly touched iRShell thus far, and know very little about it. About to download and play around with it, but I'm not sure I can find the settings I'd want just by pokin' around.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, or knows a better option, please let me know.

is there one that u can use without CFW?

I have no doubt that if there is one you'll for sure need Custom Firmware to boot the eboot.
