Delete the theme that was made for an older HOS version and get a theme that is compatible with 8.0.x instead, it has nothing to do with sx, just your own ignorance.

There will be some themes that wont work properly while docked since the highlighted cursor may not move where you want it to be so using the touch screen is the only way to move it.
