ROM Hack Suggestion Request: Enter the Gungeon

I don't really know the process behind creating a save editor but would it be possible to make something for this game that unlocks items/characters? I love this game but am also pretty awful, at 70 hours I can't get past the third level and think it would be cool if hard to obtain unlockables could be toggled. If not does anyone have a 100%-ish save they would be willing to share? Best I can tell PC tools won't work with the Switch version. Thanks for help.
