As you can see in the picture my New 3DS XL has some damage in the top right corner. It definitely took a fall at some point of time.

I'm not comfortable enough to really replace the whole housing, it's too high risk for me. I might just buy one of these;

Anyone got some experience with these snap ons ?
It doesn't fix the hole in my housing but it does improve the strength of the overall system.

I got the shell and I'm pretty happy with the result

It not only gets rid of the terrible colour but also strengthens the case, just like I imagined. Was a bit of a tight fit for the top screen but well worth the 6 USD.

    I went to auction at a mom/pops video game store few months ago that was closing, and bought 11 slims for $200, 1 was DOA but 10 work fine. so hella deal. Already rgh3'ed 8 of them. But most younger kids don't even want anymore, unless it plays stupid "fortnight", or newer shit.
