Sin and Punishment VC cheats not working?

I have both PAL and NTSC VC versions of Sin and Punishment (NAJL and NAJN respectively) installed on my EmuNAND but I can't get the Infinite Health cheat to work on either version in USB Loader GX.

Ocarina is enabled in both the global Loader Settings and Game Load settings, the appropriate cheats are enabled in the game's Ocarina and the .gct file has been created. Cheats work in the other (non-VC) games I've tested.

Have I missed a step here? Has anyone been able to get this particular cheat to work or does it not work for anybody?

    I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
