Sinking Sapphire patching help

Im trying to mod a copy of Alpha Sapphire into SInking Sapphire, and all I have left to do is rebuild the CIA. Im using HackingToolKit9DS but every time I try I get these error messages. Reinstalling it didnt fix the issue. How do I fix this?

I've also tried .Net3ds but i get this error message that it couldnt find the file ExeFS\banner.bnr

I made a thread as well for these errors, so many 3ds apps use those and cannot find them. So it causes crashes. Still haven't found a fix myself besides using HackingtoolkitV9 I went to github and did it that way.

    On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
