Video game systems could never do Anti Aliasing justic as like on pc, so you can't compare the two. For instance fear has a setting of up to 16x, and they also have other image enhancing settings that i can't remember roght now that few pc's can actually run decently. Nintendo might have vaguely invented aa, but the pc evolved it into something that's used today in just about every program. As for the jaggies in zelda that should't be that important since the game has changed from what was shown at e3 or even what they had last year, and a game doesn't have to be 120% just to be good.

P.S I wonder what will become of tingle will it come stateside?

nintendo has always used too much aa, making stuff look blurry.
sony has always used not enough aa (none

), making stuff look jaggy.

somehow feels as though people confuse aliasing with 'just not enough polygons'.

You don't often notice aliasing on standard definition TVs anyway (which is what I have) so I'm not really worried. I did like the slight blur effect in Wind Waker on things in the near distance though.

BigOnYa @ BigOnYa: I played the intro to far cry 5, that is like some crazy Jim Jones cult shit. Still its petty...
