It's a small app to allow you to create the requisit file. You will need to enter the necessary value and then press 'generate'.

Also works for all the other apps that require the file, but may need renaming.

Hopefully this will stop people asking for it.

It does not contain the key itself but has an XOR table that uses an entered seed value to generate a 16 byte file, which may happen to work.

I've had it a while (thanks Google) but that is a work of genius! Simple, but effective way to dance around these stupid laws that make a number "illegal" I like your style

- I over rode the OnCancel for the generate button (same as pressing ESCAPE). Pressing return will exit - as will the Exit button.

Doubt whether I'll fix that 'feature'

it is also included in wiiscrubber, and mayby also with wadder, thats where i always get them from...
