Don't trust the Sun, or any tabloid. I reckon they only have one PS Vita to give away, and it's not even a Vita.

Here in the US, if you buy a $5 box at Taco Bell here, you get a code to enter online, and they give a Vita away every 15 minutes.

I don't believe you receive it before launch though. Pretty cool.
