Hacking USB loader gx: player 2 wiimote not syncing

I have the latest version of usb loader gx and cios d2x installed. I can load and play any game just fine, but when it´s a 2 player game for some reason the second wiimote doesnt sync as the first one does (just pressing any button turns on and syncs the wiimote automatically), i have to manually resync both controllers each time i want to play (tested with Donkey Kong country Returns and tetris party deluxe). I have wondered if it has anything to do with the fact that all my games save to emunand, or maybe the second wiimote is faulty.

Make sure the remotes are synced at the system menu then go to Settings>Features>Copy SYSCONF to emuNAND in the loader and it should fix it.

It seems the second wiimote is damaged, it desyncs even at the system menu as soon as i turn it off, will try with a new one, thanks for the quick reply.

I also have a weird problem with USB Loader GX and Wiimotes . In the menu my Wiimote is assigned as 1 but when i enter USB Loader GX it's 2 . I had some fakemote cios installed , i thought those are causing the issue but i installed normal cios over them and it's still doing the same . Anyone have an idea ? The softmod is up to date .
