Evening everyone.

First off, apologies in advance for another post related to the error code above. I know that there are many posts related to this code (and other codes as well), but I'm losing my mind trying to figure this one out. To keep it short, I've been getting error code 2162-0002 (0x4A2) quite frequently lately and usually a fresh install of Atmosphere or a clean reset of my SD card (Fat32) does the trick, but I've been trying to troubleshoot this for 3 days now and I can't seem to get this to go away. It seems that the main issue related to this are custom themes, sysmodules and deleting a folder in atmosphere/contents, but despite not having ANY of these installed, I still get the same error code. I've tried different versions of Atmosphere, launching directly via hekate and fusee, deleting any and all overlays and reinstalling Atmosphere with the bare minimum (see the images below) but no dice. Any help with this would be EXTREMELY appreciated.... I've attached the error logs related to my issue, with "100c" being the error I get 99% of the time.

See if you got 0100000000001000 and 010000000000100c folder inside your atmosphere content folder.
That is a negative. I only have 2 folders inside the contents folder, even before and after the error, which are codes for Star Ocean (0100C5601A2E2000) and TOTK (0100F2C0115B6000), which in hindsight are useless since I don't have the means to access them.

Both of those crashes seem to be home menu related. Normally this would be caused by a custom theme like you said.
I would delete the entire SD:\atmosphere\contents, regardless of whether you think what's in there could be causing the issue or not. Just get a fresh start. And double check that your Hekate/Atmosphere are up to date. Update your firmware (and sig patches) as well.
You can try with a fresh emuNAND on a different SD card, on the off chance there is something corrupted about the emuNAND itself (that a firmware update isn't able to resolve). You can transfer your saves over from the old emuNAND if needed using "extract nand gamesave" (if you can't manage to do it with Checkpoint/JKSV due to the crashes)
