Hacking How can I keep the correct weights after re import an edited 3D model?

Hello to everyone

Ok, I'm extracting a 3d model (nitro) which I pass for apicula first to get a DAE file, as it is a format that keeps vertex groups and can be edited on blender as well.
The problem comes when I need to re import that 3d model, as in the whole conversion process, weights seem to be modified at some point (depending the process I do, the weights can be lost at all, which gives me an static model in game)

Any thoughts?
