How can I put a .sav file onto a DS cartridge with a modde DSi?

I am trying to put my .sav file for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky onto the official cartridge. I have a modded DSi with Twilight Menu++, GodMode9i, and Unlaunch.

With the cartridge inserted, find the .sav file on the SD card, select it, then select the restore option.
