I don't want to sound rude, but are you serious? You've gotten a bunch of answers already. You could restore the NAND backup that you recovered, or you can reinstall IOS80 by accessing HBC from BootMii. I would suggest the second,as that preserve any game saves and such since your backup was made.

Let's see,

* You deleted IOS80. :blink:
* You don't have bootmii installed in boot2. :(
* You then wasted money on a broken Wii from ebay. :ninja:
* But at the very least, it looks like you have your NAND backup and key.bin. ;)

Your only option is to find someone who can use Infectus 2 to flash your NAND backup back.

Now if you have bootmii installed in boot2, then all you have to do is access HBC and install IOS80 (get wad file from ModMii).
