I am using ryujinx and I desperately need the hack because of my low end PC
If your PC can't get 30fps, a 60fps cheat won't help. Pokemon SV are terribly unoptimized. Even on my PC, they can't quite hit 60fps at times.
I'd recommend setting the render resolution to something like 0.5. If that doesn't work, you're out of luck.

Or grow sum balls and do it yourself, not hard. More of a pain to jailbreak a ps4 than it is the 360, other than little soldering.
