List of Working DS Flashcards on 6.0.0
Supercard DSTWO
R4i Gold 3DS
R4iDSN
and more...
but maybe nintendo did something so that the 2ds so that it does not work with flash carts
i mean it must have similar but very different firmware compared to a 3ds. i don't think that making a 2ds is as simple as taking out the 3d screen
it must have had a lot of hardware changes, no matter how similar they are.

2DS is just a 3DS without 3D.

The price is around 20% cheaper than the 3DS. In this 20%, you loose 3D, and can't fold the DS anymore. Beside, the size is huge. No revision, it's exactly the same. So, this is stunning expensive. It should be 1/2 of the price if they really wanted to be competitive.

You realize Nintendo makes both the 3DS and 2DS, right? They don't need to compete with themselves. But I'm just playing smartass... I know you meant if they wanted to actually sell the 2DS.

LOL, so Nintendo went really lazy with the 2DS. I would probably buy it if only it was at $100.
I've seen several unboxing vids that clearly show a 2ds boot logo.Weird that he isn't seeing that. Can't wait till tomorrow so I can investigate this oddity myself.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
