want to swap save data from old sd card to new, modded one

So i decided to mod my 3ds and got a new, larger sd card. Did everything, and then i realized i wanted my old save data back. i dont care for the games on that old unmodded sd card, i just wanna transfer the save datas. Is that possible?

Just format the new sd card correctly and copy the data over, format it as FAT32, 32kb cluster.
