Why has my game just suddenly vanished?

Last night i played super mario galaxy though USB loaded gx (its the only game ive installed so far) and today i turned on my wii and now the game is just.. gone? Even though when i turned all filters on its just not showing up (i am running off the wii us vwii if thats causing problems)

Edit: every other game seems to be loading fine, except mario galaxy, though i tried adding a cover to it in wii backup manager earlier before i found this out, maybe i damaged the wbfs????

Is the drive formatted FAT32? Have you tried running chkdsk on it from a computer?

its formatted as fat32 and the drive is working ok, though i realised when i install a different region wbfs it does show in the usb loader gx homescreen, but when i press on the channel theres no animation and when i start it i get sent back to the wii home screen, though every other game works fine
