Hardware Can Ez flash Definitive edition work with 24,576Mhz crystal oscilator?

My gameboy with ez flash only shows the Nintendo logo and I want to change the oscillator but I only find 24.576Mhz, not 24.546Mhz as indicated in another forum, will it work?

Try to enter the safe mode by power up the console with SELECT pressed. then choose"Test card" option, check the result.
