Launching next week on PC is Larian Studio's highly anticipated RPG, Baldur's Gate 3. Ahead of its release, the developers aired a new video introducing the game's third and final central antagonist: Orin the Red. The video features the character's voice actor, Maggie Robertson, who has also voiced characters such as Lady Dimitrescu (Resident Evil Village) and Skjóthendi the Unerring (God of War Ragnarök).

A practitioner in the art of inflicting pain and a grandmaster of murder, Orin has killed for many years but has yet to be caught, thanks in part to her shapeshifting abilities, which enable her to take the form of anyone – perhaps even someone in your camp…

Along with the new video, Larian Studios also shared the launch timing of the PC version per region:

Baldur’s Gate 3 releases August 3 on PC and September 6 on PlayStation 5.

It's a cRPG like Divinity. So turn-based, but each character can perform multiple actions per turn depending on their build.

Outside of combat it's real-time though. Based on the D&D ruleset, so stuff like lockpicking has you perform a skill check dice roll.

Might as well. The early access game save file can't be use with the full release version.
