Hardware Can Ez flash Definitive edition work with 24,576Mhz crystal oscilator?

My gameboy with ez flash only shows the Nintendo logo and I want to change the oscillator but I only find 24.576Mhz, not 24.546Mhz as indicated in another forum, will it work?

How would I do it with NDSL? It just shows that there is no cartridge intsalled.
Same question btw, can't find anywhere 24.546MHz, would 24.576Mhz work?
